Ooh this yellow and blue packaging is so exciting from Neal’s Yard Remedies, as usually their packaging is just blue and white! That is what first attracted me to this hand cream, I’m ashamed to say. Like a bee to a sunflower, I am drawn in by the enticing, vivid, yellow tone of the new swanky packaging.
A nice, light, zesty handcream. Softens the hands straight after application, as it quicky absorbs and leaves a refreshing scent, which lasts for an impressive length of time. It’s not sticky like some hand creams and you don’t need a great deal at once. It contains peach kernel oil, vitamin e and shea butter for their moisturising properties and it feels like a treat for the hands. The ‘Rock Crystal’ extract is used for it’s rejuventating properties, it claims on the website. The packaging also makes this cream , that bit more luxiourious, with it’s elegant aesthetic.
Fabulous product! It’s an organic tea tree based balm which can be used for many purposes and all over the body. I use it for dry skin, itchy skin, use it after shaving my legs, a body moisturizer, for eczema, a facial cleansing balm, I use on split ends and rinse out, can be used on cold sores, bites and grazes to name just a few uses. There is always a pot of The Green Balm in my bag! It has a nice texture and soaks in well. It has a nice subtle smell of tea tree which isn’t as overpowering as the tea tree oil on it’s own. It usually costs about £4.99 for the 15ml handbag size or £9.99 for the 50ml larger pot. This company is firmly against animal testing, so another reason to buy this multipurpose wonder-balm! My staple body product. There is a reason this is one of Lush’s best products and that’s because it has everything you could possibly want from a moisturizer. The cooling and soothing effect of applying this cream is wonderful, especially for sore skin. It’s suitable for sensitive skin too which is an added bonus for the people who suffer from eczema and have a life stuck using E45!! It softens the skin and really sinks in well. The consistency is good and the smell is divine ( I think they must have packed nearly all the nicest smelling essential oils in there or something?).
