I'm Going 'Balmy' over Badger's Cheerful Mind Balm

Those clever little guys at Badger have done it again , they have created yet another ‘can’t live without‘ organic super-product!

Badger are known for their innovative balms including, sleep balm, tension soother balm, helping hands balm and foot balm. So when I was given the opportunity to try this Cheerful Mind balm, of course I jumped at the chance, well metaphorically jumped it’s not so easy to jump in a wheelchair, but you get what I mean!

So the first thing to note is that it comes in a larger round tin than the other balms, and I am so glad it does as I have been using it religiously. I think I’m addicted to the little high it gives!

Whether that high is my love of the sweet orange and spearmint aroma that instantly swirls around you, or whether it has some secret relaxing/cheering properties we don’t know about, or whether it’s made by little fairies that magically make you feel happier when you use it- I don’t know (I’m leaning towards the latter I must say!) I do know one thing though, it certainly works for me!

Luckily, you only need a small amount and you can use it anywhere, I generally rub some into my wrists and temples, although in dire circumstances I also add some just behind my ears (in the hope that the added use will increase it’s effectiveness). Also adding a little to a steaming hot bath is a real treat! The cheerful mind vapours from the bath envelope you while you lounge in the warm water. Perfection! The balm is so multifunctional; you can use it on dry skin and it moisturises like a dream!

Cheerful Mind balm contains : Sweet Orange Oil, Spearmint , Lemon Oil , Rosemary, Bitter Orange, Cinnamon, Calendula, Ylang Ylang and Rosehip. (aka it’s jam-packed with the best uplifting aromatherapy oils you could think of, if this doesn’t uplift you… nothing will!)

Badger Bill says;

Citrus aromas always encourage a cheerful mood – imagine peeling an orange and the lovely scent that fills the air. The essential oils of Lemon and Sweet Orange cheer and uplift the mind while Spearmint dispels that “cloudy day mood.” Ylang Ylang offers a beautiful, sweet flower scent that brings a smile to your lips.

…all you have to do is look at the tin and it will make you more cheerful! This is one of his favourite balms because when he rubs it on his temples, it never fails to bring about a fresh new perspective on whatever he is pondering.
