Last night, 11th April, Katie Piper held her annual ‘My Beautiful Ball’ at The Landmark Hotel, London, in aid of The Katie Piper Foundation. Piper along with Denise Van Outen hosted the event, and patron Simon Cowell was in attendance. Cowell tweeted prior to the big night:
“Going to support my buddy Katie piper tonight. She has her second fund raising ball. She is an inspiration.”
Van Outen also tweeted before the ball:
“Rehearsing! Just a little bit too excited about tonight’s event with @KatiePiper & @SimonCowell”
At the ball, Piper looked stunning in a strapless, black, fishtail gown and Van Outen looked equally as stunning, in a matching (but not quite the same), black, strapless, peplum gown, which was made out of a textured fabric and had a long train. They looked the epitome of class and sophistication.
However Van Outen wasn’t the only Essex girl in attendance, Lydia Bright , in a gorgeous royal blue, maxi dress, (from Bella Sorella £239), was there showing her support. Bright tweeted prior to the ball:
“So excited for the @KatiePiper ‘my beautiful ball’ tonight such a inspirational woman ❤ her”
Bright’s new shade of hair is certainly a keeper, she is looking nearly as chic as her idol, Carrie Bradshaw. Bright’s partner Tom Kilbey also joined her to the ball.
Two other lovely outfit ensembles were, Brooke Kinsella in her beautiful cream maxi dress, and Caroline Flack’s gorgeous powder pink dress which had amazing lace sleeves. Other celebrities in attendance were; Jahmene Douglas, Susie Amy, Brian Friedman, Louie Spence, Barbara Windsor, Alex Jones, Claire Sweeney, Dionne Bromfield and Dannielle Llyod.
Piper Tweeted at the end of the night:
“Shattered! Fantastic evening @KPFoundation charity Ball amazing support from old & new lovely people, wonderful volunteers, thank you all x”
